This peaceful Oceanside community is just north of the half-mile stretch of open dunes of the Army Corp property. Osprey and Sea Ridge have a shared community pool. Membership is optional to owners. Only guests in homes with a "Community Pool Privileges" notation in the description may use the pool. Osprey and Sea Ridge guests are invited to use the sailing facility and sound access located directly Soundside from the communities. Parking is limited to loading or unloading. At no charge, guests may launch small, non-motorized boats and sailboats. Community Pool is open mid May through early October.
